Clean and spacious room Great hardworking staff especially Leonora , the housemaid. The one who helped us with our luggages was respectful! Friendly Staff. We decided to be back at this hotel for our next long stay and hoping to receive the same excellent experience!

Clean room Friendly and helpful staff Close to Burnham , SM City Baguio , and more ! Abacus Restaurant inside offers great delicious dishes. Close to more affordable restaurants. Close to Lourdes Catholic Church We can walk to these areas leisurely. Close to stores and laundry. We stayed here for a long time. We will recommend this to anyone. We love it!

The hotel is good, clean, the location is good you can walk to stores and restaurants. You can walk to Burnham park. The staff are nice. The area safe.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large with large bathroom and clean comfortable bed. Close to restaurants and a very convenient laundry service nearby. But it was in poor condition with paint damage to walls, broken wall tiles in the bathroom and no hot water, no bar fridge and sounded like a generator running at most times outside except late at night.
