"Such a wonderful getaway! I was not optimistic about finding a nice place in this area of Sydney, but had to stay there due to my daughter’s tournament. However the Mercure was just beautiful. The hotel was lovely, with everything I could possibly ask for. The staff were incredible. Food was excellent. The rooms were clean and modern. "The room was nice and quiet. Clean and very comfortable. The town centre is at a walking distance and has everything one might need during a stay. The lady in the reception office was very helpful and kind. Although it is a bit far from Sydney, getting a cab was no hassle at all."
"Facility was great, had our room cleaned every day of our 5days stay, our flight landed in SYD early (9am) and we were able to check in early at no extra costs, this was a deal breaker for me given we were tired and just needed a rest after a 45mins delayed with our flight before landing, staff members are always helpful and made it so effortless to cater to our needs and requests. Mohamed made us feel at home and always ensuring that we had everything that we needed.
