Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Reinigungskräfte haben unkompliziert und schnell Duschbad und Shampoo nachgefüllt. Die kleinen Flaschen sind unpraktisch und verursachen viel Müll. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Park war ruhig und das Bett bequem

Überall am Hotel hängen zwar Infoblätter bzgl. Schaben , das es aus dem Wäldern kommt und kein Ungeziefer ist aber es ist nicht sehr nett zusehen, das ein Schabe auf dem Kopfkissen rumspaziert.. leider war es für mich nicht hygienisch.

Großzügiges Zimmer mit großem Balkon in ruhiger Lage. Wenige Schritte durch den Park zum Theater. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Einfach mit der Badnerbahn (WLB) ab Wien zu erreichen. Interessanter Ausblick auf eine nahe Kirche mit schiefem Turm!

This Hotel is not meant for business travel. The room had no iron or iron board, I was told by the hotel that I have to go to their laundry dept where an iron would be available. Also the shower head was in middle of bathtub, however no proper water protection for bathroom. Word of advice, if booking is made via Expedia, the hotel is not the friendliest or helpful as they casually say "you booked via Expedia, so we cannot help with your booking". Sad as the hotel seemed very nice and friendly on paper.

Lovely hotel

Very clean hotel. They checked us in when we arrived early. Quiet and calm stay. Lovely authentic breakfast and relaxing bar to have a drink in before going to bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shower in the room was amazing. Hotel is in a great location to explore Baden from with the tiwn only a 2 min walk away and a goregeous park next door.

Disappointing

We were on a long trip in Austria during which we stayed at 4 different hotels at the same price range as this one. all of them were great except this one. The room smelled moldy and its design was spartan with old furniture. we cracked open the window for 5 minutes and tons of bugs came in. the spa is basically just one sauna. In addition, for this price range i would expect more amenities in the room, specifically these were lacking: * No mini fridge * No electric kettle * No power sockets next to the bed * They provided soap and conditioner for 1 person even though the room was booked for 2 The breakfast was good and the shower was nice. The staff was kind.
