This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. There was NO air conditioner in the rooms, NO refrigerator, room cleaning every other day. The front desk said they would bring fans ot cool the rooms, never did. Breakfast buffet lacking

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt, nettes Team und schöne Gegend. Dass man immer für den Parkplatz bezahlen muss (12€/Tag) verteuert den Aufenthalt nicht unwesentlich. Es gibt keinen Safe.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die umliegenden Aktivitäten mit Tennis, Golf und co. waren überaus großzügig und entweder Fußläufig zu erreichen oder mit wenigen Fahrminuten verbunden. Zu verbessern wären Paarliegen im Saunabereich mit Decken und ein warmer Whirlpool

Das Personal war uns gegenüber leider nicht sehr gastgeberisch und für Golfer ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Nicht-Golfer sind auf jeden Fall auf privaten Transport angewiesen, ziemlich weit zum See und noch weiter weg von anderen Örtlichkeiten. Uns war es vorab nicht so bewusst.

Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Allerdings fällt auf, dass das Personal teilweise sehr unmotiviert und nicht gastfreundlich arbeitet. Der Gastgeber sollte den Gast grüßen und nicht wortlos vorbeilaufen.

Das Essen war super. Leider sind die Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Für Familien sind die Zimmer etwas ungünstig da das Badezimmer direkt mit im Zimmer ist, was es sehr schwierig macht ungehindert auf die Toilette zu gehen, gerade Nachts, ohne jemanden zu wecken. Das Spielzimmer ist toll, aber bei vielen Gästen etwas klein gerade bei schlechtem Wetter. Ein Spielplatz am Hotel wäre schön. Schöner Strand am Scharmützelsee klein aber völlig ausreichend. Ich kann eine Fahrradtour sehr empfehlen, klasse ausgebaute Fahrradwege und viele Gelegenheiten zum Rast machen. Die Therme ist eher was für schlecht Wetter Tage. Wir würden wieder dort Urlaub machen

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und neu eingerichtet! Das Personal ist mega freundlich und macht sofort alles möglich. Glutenfreies Essen war auch möglich. Das Zimmer hat eine schöne Größe und hat alles, was man braucht. Pool-& spa Bereich sind auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Rundum super!!! Kann ich mir vorstellen, nochmal hinzufahren :-)

Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen

Eine schöne Auszeit vom Alltag. Das Essen war top, das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert, die Zimmer sind modern und praktisch eingerichtet, der SPA-Bereich ist sehr großzügig und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Prima verblijf met en paar tips

Prettig verblijf tijdens een bezoek aan de Beurs in Berlijn. Kamer ruim en zeer netjes ingericht. Voor de betaalde prijs zou je een flesje water op de kamer mogen verwachten plus koffie/thee voorziening. Tot slot waren we verbaasd dat de kamers per 2 dagen worden schoongemaakt, dus ook de badkamer en handdoeken. Ontbijtbuffet en dinerbuffet beiden super, vers en zeer ruime keuze. Zeer vriendelijke bediening in restaurant.
