Das Hotel ist in einem desolaten Zustand. Das Zimmer war nicht vorbereitet. Es fehlten BEttbezug und Kopfkissenbezug. Es existierten keine Rauchmelder. Die Notausgänge waren teilweise versprerrt.

Das Hotel entspricht entgegen der Fotos nicht dem aktuellen Stand. Uralte Zimmereinrichtung mit abgenutzten Teppichböden, Modergeruch im Zimmer, Rezeption nicht besetzt. Das Hotel wird von der Inhaberin allein geführt. Kein Frühstück wie auf der Homepage. Auf Nachfrage gibt es mangels Personals kein Frühstück. Im Speiseraum saßen denoch Gäste beim Frühstück , Inhaberin darauf angesprochen, es wären spezielle Gäste, verstrickt sich immer in Widersprüche. Für den angegebenen Preis viel zu teuer . Nicht zu empfehlen . en

Herzlicher Empfang und liebevolles Frühstück, obwohl die Information „Frühstück Incl.“ auf alten Daten basiert. Ausstattung nicht das Modernste, aber sauber und gepflegt, mehr als das haben wir auch nicht erwartet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das spiegelt sich auch an den Zimmern wieder. Beim Check-IN war niemand vor Ort, man musste sich selber telefonisch einchecken und den Schlüssel aus einer Schublade nehmen. Der Aufzug funktionierte nicht, wenn man aus dem 2. Stock ins Erdgeschoss zur Rezeption fahren wollte.

Der Empfang, war zwar sehr nett - teilweise überfreundlich, was mir persönlich unangenehm war, sowie die „Spitze“ warum ich erst um 18 Uhr angereist bin. Lt. Information ist die Rezeption bis 22 Uhr angegeben. Man könnte ja die Bedingungen aufgrund der Corona-Lage anpassen. Der Geruch im Hotel, wie im Aufzug und im Zimmer war sehr modrig. Allgemein ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Spinnenweben im Bad, Flur und Schlafbereich, eine fast leere Toilettenrolle ohne Nachschub und ein sehr spartanisches Frühstück haben den Aufenthalt nicht sonderlich angenehm gemacht.

Das Hotel wird offensichtlich nur mehr (mangels Gäste?) auf Sparflamme betrieben, kein Personal (wenn überhaupt - nur am Morgen 1 Person anwesend). Bei Betreten des Liftes moderiger Geruch, Einzelzimmer im obersten Geschoß nur über schmale Treppen erreichbar. Sanitäreinrichtung mindestens 50 Jahre alt, Bett nur 190 cm lang und schlechte Matratze, Frühstück sehr bescheiden. Pool ist nicht befüllt. Sieht alles nur nach 1-Mann (1-Frau) - Betrieb aus. Preis ist für diese Kategorie viel zu hoch.

Schöne Aussicht -Zentrumsnah

Leider war die Reception kurz nach 20.00 nicht mehr besetzt - hatte aber auch erst 30 Minuten vorher gebucht. Nach Anruf an der am Eingang ausgehängten Nummer (Rückruf 10 Min.später) hies es, das die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht und ich 10 Euro mehr zahlen sollte. Letztendlich wurde doch der genannte Preis akzeptiert. Ich war schon öfters da, aber noch nie gab es solches Problem. Ich mag das Hotel, weil man einen schönen Blick über das Tal hat und ein kleines Schwimmbad und Sauna vorhanden ist. Frühstück war schon besser aber insgesamt gut. Diesmal war Schwimmbad und Sauna wegen renovierung außer Betrieb. Wenn man früh genug ist, gibt es Einstellplätze für das Kfz. Im großen und ganzen sehr akzeptabel, bis auf die kleinen Schwierigkeiten, die nicht sein müssten.

Sehr schon gelegenes Hotel. Tollen Blick auf Bad Liebenzell. Sauna und Schwimmbad vorhanden. Einrichtung im Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Service überdurchschnittlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück i.O.

Skøn udsigt

Hotellet er placeret på en blind vej op ad en skråning. Parkering i garage og en lift op eller trappe op til hotellet. Stephanie tager venligt og professionelt imod. Vi får vores værelse som er godkendt. Fra balkonen en flot udsigt over byen og til slottet. Vi finder ingen kritik punkter, dog undtaget et sløvt internet. Huskede ikke at der ikke er restaurant. Men det findes i gå afstand mod byen.

The hotel looks a little tired, but we spent a comfortable night there. The Black Forest location was attractive, and we had a good view from our room. The town below felt as if the season hadn’t quite started. Pleasant meal on an Italian restaurant. We didn’t use the pool or spa facilities, so can’t comment. Breakfast was included.

Overnight stay at Hotel am Bad-Wald

Located in a quiet area with parking available. We'd arrived at night so it was fantastic to awake to wonderful views of the countryside across the valley.
