Sehr freundliches Personal aber das Zimmer war leider nicht so toll. Es lag Richtung Strasse und dadurch relativ laut. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Die Dusche war undicht, sodass nach jedem Duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Wir mussten mit unseren Handtüchern alles absichern. Als wir das bei der Rezeption angesprochen haben, wurde uns nur gesagt, dass sie das Problem schon kennen.

Da die Rezeption an Sonntagen nicht besetzt ist und das Check-in an einen Dienstleister nach Berlin ausgelagert ist, dieser aber kein besonderes Interesse am Gast hat und dich relativ schnell in eine Warteschleife weiterleitet (1/2 Stunde) ist eine Anreise außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten absolut abzuraten.

Das Hotel ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Nette Bedienung, Frühstück ist alles da, was man braucht. Es könnte allerdings etwas länger angeboten werden, als nur bis 10h. Parkplatz ist manchmal etwas schwierig, weil sich im gleichen Haus ein sehr gutes, italienisches Restaurant befindet und dann Parkplätze etwas rar sind. Aber durchaus weiter zu empfehlen

Komme sehr gerne wieder!

Sauberes ruhiges Zimmer. Tolle Boxspring- Betten. Frühstück hatte alles was man braucht. Freundlicher Empfang + Service. Wenige Gehminuten von Kurpark, Therme und Bäderhaus entfernt. Direkt an der Nahe gelegen, nur kurzer Spaziergang zur Altstadt und Brückenhäusern. Klasse Gastronomie direkt im Umfeld. Was braucht es mehr. Toll!

Ich habe ein großes Zimmer gehabt . Alles war sauber . Durch das italienische Restaurant unten im selben Gebäude etwas lauter. Ansonsten herrliche Lage.Zu empfehlen y!!!

Kurzurlaub unter erschwerten Bedingungen

Schönes großes Zimmer im 3. OG mit Blick auf die Nahe, sehr gutes, hartes Bett. Vom Hausmeister könnten leichte Einstellarbeiten an Fenster und Türen gemacht werden, aber kein Problem. Bilder im Zimmer wären auch noch eine Verbesserung. Ausreichendes Frühstück wurde serviert. Sehr gute Pizzeria im Haus.
