Amazing hotel in the perfect location. We absolutely loved the spa and rooftop pool, all of which was done with great care. Well, this hotel gets my highest five star rating, and I highly recommend it to others, my two minor suggestions would be to have foldable luggage racks in the rooms and to allow individual guests to regulate the temperature of the rooms as ours was at a toasty 24.7°C, and we were unable to change it. Again, highly highly recommend this place and we plan to come back.

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it. The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth going to!

Das Essen war sehr gut, die Vorspeisen sehr kreativ, die Gerichte waren gerade in der richtigen Menge. Auch sehr gutes, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer, vor allem große Duschkabine, in der man sich gut bewegen konnte. Die Anbindung an die Verkehrsmittel ist zwar vorhanden, aber die Busse fahren viel zu selten, sodass ich von Altaussee mit dem Taxi zurück fahren musste. Das größte Problem sind die sehr schmalen Parkplätze in der Garage, die wirklich Milli meterarbeit beim Einparken verlangen, aber zum Glück findet man doch immer wieder einen Platz, der etwas größer ist. Wenn das Hotel voll ist, sind dann aber viele Parkplätze weg und es gibt keine andere Möglichkeit.

Preis - Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. 177 Euro für eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück in einer sogenannten Juniorsuite. Eigentlich nur ein großes Doppelzimmer mit 2 Sesseln und einer kleinen Terrasse. Bad sehr klein, sehr kleines Waschbecken, Dusche ok, aber nicht mehr. Sauberkeit ging so. Minibar war nicht im Preis inkludiert. Hellhörige Zimmer (mitten in der Nacht, waren die Gespräche aus dem Nebenzimmer deutlich hörbar) Gebäude dürfte aus den 70-er Jahren stammen. Rezeption nur bis 22 h 00 besetzt. Für ein 4* Hotel sehr ungewöhnlich. Parkplatz zwar im Preis inkludiert, aber aber so eng, dass die Autos, die bereits dort geparkt waren (SUVS´s) faktisch zwei Plätze benötigten. Habe 150 Meter weiter in der Kurzparkzone geparkt. Frühstück sehr durchschnittlich, mit pampigen Semmeln, sehr mäßigem Rührei und diverse Wurst und Käse Sorten. Billigster Orangensaft. Teilweise kein Spuckschutz über den Speisen. Standard - Marmelade (von Darbo) in großen Gläsern SPA im 5. Stock habe ich nicht benutzt. War auf der Durchreise und werde aufgrund des schlechten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sicher keinen Stopp mehr machen.
