客室は清潔で、シーツ、タオル、アメニティなど毎日変えてくれて満足でしたが、浴槽がありジェット付きでしたが お湯が貯まりにくく、足がつかるぐらいしかお湯が貯まらなかった。スタッフ対応は良くして頂き、チェックインが0時過ぎてるにもかかわらず、チェックインしていない人のリストを用意していてスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。

Bac Giang Accommodation

Enjoyed my stay would definitely return if accommodation needed int he area. Restaurants were great, plenty of food choices and attentive staff. REception friendly and welcoming. Plenty of people able to speak in English (way better than my Vietnamese!), comfortable beds, possibly missing the very finer finishing details in the bathrooms, but really 9/10 and and excellent standard compared to many other hotels in the area.

静かなたたずまい

従業員のサービス、愛想が非常に良い。ハノイと違って地方ですからやはり日本語は通じないがホテル内では英語はオッケー、物価ハノイより安いし地元の人は好意的でした。
