"Shower curtain rod half detached from wall. Sugar wasn’t replenished. No tv in bedroom. Hall closet did not open and close properly. Dishes weren’t washed. "

"Staff were super great, good nearby was good. However, room wasn't as cleas as we'd like. Bed was good, bit bathroom had red smear (blood maybe) on the wall, black in the grout of the shower l, and shower was squeaking indicating poor adhesive. Pool was also a let down. Cold pool (not heated) and hot tub was extremely chlorined. It wasn't clear at booking that parking was additional costs, but it does make sense given the area. Parkade does need work though! Ripping concrete damaging tires, dump area in front of your car where they dump old mattresses. We'll be trying somewhere else on our next trip. "

"Mar 2026 There is some construction right outside the hotel so it makes it slightly more difficult to enter on one-way streets at the moment. In terms of the actual hotel, it is convenient to the subway and is pretty central. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly. "

"We spent a night for area Anniversary. When we arrived to check in the staff at the counter upgraded the room for us. That was a wonderful surprise and later on that evening we ordered some room service and they dropped off a bottle of Champagne! Will be returning in the future."

"Overall good stay. Nothing crazy nothing bad. Check in folks can be friendlier. Other than that pretty good. "
