Great service and large rooms, comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with many options. The beach area and the pools were amazing. Vala restaurant too expensive compared to other restaurants we have been in the city centre. There is an issue with the elevator availability. Long waiting each time. Highly recommend.

Wedding Hotel first class !

Went for a family wedding. Would highly recommend for special occasion. The hotels wedding planner is excellent. The hotel has everything for a family holiday too. This is not a traditional five star hotel but guess it gets that status as it has everything for a family. We all had a great time. Not suitable we thought for adult only in summer time

Amazing hotel!

Our stay at this hotel was amazing, we were in the premium room and it was spacious and lovely, the staff were friendly and kind and couldn’t do more for you and the facilities were outstanding, will definitely be coming back next year

Good but not 5 star

The hotel was huge and very close to beach and shops. Staff were very polite , friendly and helpful especially Georgio (if I spell his name correctly) at reception, he was very kind. Breakfast was good. Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t count it as a 5star hotel. You could find dirts especially in bathroom. They don’t change the towels and toiletries like shampoo on a daily room cleaning. It wasn’t any space for our luggage, we had to put the luggages on the bed.

Was not impressed. Check-in is at 15:00 and it is the time that shift change for the reception so we had to wait to be served. Room not ready had to wait for the room to be ready until 16:00. Breakfast average quality and options. Housekeeping was very helpful.

The outdoor pools are very nice and the proximity to Nissi beach is ann advantage but it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel as presented. The dining area was unbearable because there is no AC and on the corridors as well. They charge extra and even a glass of water. The food is average at best. Definitely not worth the pricing they charge

Nice facility. Comfortable and spacious rooms, good water amusement facilities. Unacceptable dining conditions due to insufficient cooling/air-conditioning in the dining hall, and unacceptable charge for basic liquids( drinking water , for example) during Lunch and Dinner. No coolers near and around the pools ( in spite of extremely hot weather). Slippery floor due to wet areas in the corridors leading from the pool area to the lobby.

I recently stayed at the Adams Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, with my husband for four nights. Overall, our experience was decent, but there were some aspects that could use improvement. Pros: - Room Upgrade: We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite with a pool view, which was a lovely touch. - Location: The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Nissi Beach, perfect for beach lovers. - Entertainment: The hotel offered various entertainment options throughout the day, which were great, especially if you're traveling with kids. There were also evening activities for adults. Cons: - Check-In Experience: The check-in process was lengthy, and we had to wait quite a while to get our room. However, the staff were friendly and offered us drinks while we waited. - Food Quality: The food at the pool restaurant was disappointing. We found it to be of poor quality. On the other hand, the restaurant near the beach was pricier but much tastier. - Bathroom Issues: Unfortunately, the smell from the bathrooms in our room was quite unpleasant. - Breakfast Variety: While breakfast did offer a variety of options, the taste was lackluster, and the selections were repetitive each day. - Housekeeping: Housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning our room, as it didn't feel as fresh as it should have. If you're looking for a good spot near the beach and are willing to overlook some shortcomings, it might still be worth considering.

Summer in autumn

Strange concept. The neighbourghood is really nothing special. The hotel offers everything. Restaurants, bars, swimmingpools, private beach, cosy rooms. The variety of services justify the 5*. Service level and is rather equivalent to 3/4*. Huge complex , 400+ rooms. We had a good time, but not sure if I want to return.
