"Nice hotel"

"This is a lovely hotel in Enugu. International standards. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel needs to fumigate more often, but otherwise this was a pleasant experience! I highly recommend! "

"The staff were really friendly and helpful"

"Spacious clean room and very helpful staff."

"Villa italian is a wonderful place to stay in. Nothing is perfect obviously but they have got it quite close. I loved it."

"Check in was seamless. They even called a day before to confirm our booking. The staff were helpful, cordial and all services were provided as advertised including complimentary breakfast and WiFi. Good value for money overall."

"Perfect location/environment. Highly maintained facility. Sure had value for money. Looking forward to visiting again "

"Room was spotless staff are very welcoming. "

"Lost My property and belongs through fire in the room from Ac. Very poorly managed. The manager refused to look for alternative for me."

"Nice ambience. The towels needs changing. Couldn't even touch them. Service is also terrible slow "

"Needs to improve their wifi"

"We booked this and paid only to find out the hotel is no active apparently. Now we have to claim the money back. If a hotel is not in business or unreachable it should not be on this site at all."

"My checking experience was horrible. The AC units were faulty, I had to be moved 4 times before getting a good working AC unit after 8hrs. Furthermore the food was quite poor. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, except the IT guy that was quite rude. Management needs to improve the units and fumigate frequently; because there were a bunch of mosquitoes. "
