トラブル対応ありがとうございます。

深夜まで部屋飲みして大人数で騒いでいる日本人中高年団体客…フロントへ苦情を言わざるを得なく電話するとすぐさま対応してくれました。 翌日にはチェックアウトの際にスタッフさんが同フロアの方々へきちんとお詫びの声掛けをしてくれて気分良く帰ることが出来ました。 スタッフさん達の素敵な対応に感謝します。。
