We had to wait over an hour before we were given a gate code just to drive to the property. We called. We texted. No answer. So sat at Faye waiting and waiting. They need a better system to make entrees easty for their customers "

Free parking with EV charge points, although these were not working during our stay. Staff were great as we’d left some items behind, which they looked after until we were able to pick them up."
