No lo recomiendo.
El edificio muy bonito y esa es la única parte positiva, junto con la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. El resto; habitaciones sin ningún tipo de insonorización, por lo que te duchas y vas al baño con el vecino de la habitación contigua o la del piso superior. La cama una tortura. En la ducha, al menos en la habitación que nos ha tocado, no era fácil entrar dadas las dimensiones, a pesar de que el cuarto de baño era bastante grande para que hubieran metido un plato de ducha algo superior.

Un verdadero palacio del s. XVI, mantiene la esencia de aquella epoca, está muy bien decorado y dispone de las comodidades de nuestra epoca. Estupenda atención a los huéspedes. Totalmente recomendable.

No tiene a/a, se escucha a los vecinos así que ojo 😅. Pero si mantiene el espíritu de época. Muy céntrico, aparcamiento a 100m zona verde 1€ 24h. Lo recomendamos. El restaurante de enfrente se come y se está de lujo, además nos hicieron un 10% de descuento por estar alojados en este hotel.

Lovely hotel, very well situated.
Lovely hotel with lots of character. Good breakfast in a nice environment. Convenient for shops, restaurants and sight seeing. We stayed one night and although we had a superior room it had no air conditioning. It was very hot and we couldn’t open the patio doors due to the outside noise.

Hermoso palacete rehabilitado
Fantástica estancia en pleno centro de la ciudad. Personal supersimpatico Luis y Iván los recepcionistas muy agradables. Lo único negativo es que por la noche no hay nadie del personal del hotel simplemente por seguridad en el edificio y que no hay aire acondicionado pero se descansa bien.

Muy bien. Situado en pleno centro, las instalaciones muy bien. Y el trato del personal muy bien. Por ponerle un pero: el ancho de banda de la conexión no es suficiente, por lo que no pudimos hacer uso de internet por wifi (si recibimos señal wifi).

Todo estupendo, el chico de recepción un sol. Hoteles no comunicó que la habitación era con desayuno incluido. Tras revisar la confirmación de la reserva pudo ver que el error era de hoteles, por lo visto no es la primera vez que pasa. Por favor corregir el error porque de lugar a momentos incómodos.

Excelente termos nos hospedado neste hotel. Fica dentro das muralhas de Ávila e é um dos palácios do burgo. É uma viagem ao passado. As roupas de cama e banho são novas, higienizadas e de muito boa qualidade. O café da manhã é ótimo, com boa variedade. Os funcionários são muitíssimo atenciosos e solícitos. Ênfase para Joana e Sérgio que foram extremamente gentis. Excelente.

Worth the effort
Getting to the hotel was impossibly difficult as so many streets are no turn or one way. The hotel name is not on street side where you approach it. After an hour and 4 attempts, the desk clerk literally came to meet me and drove with me to the hotel.
All that said, the hotel is beautiful and the staff very accommodating, offering free coffee and assisting in restaurant reservations. The hotel offers garage parking for a fee.
My room was very spacious and comfortable. There is a cozy bar in the hotel and a larger room with music.

El encanto del palacio rehabilitado y la amabilidad del servicio de recepción.
