Charming “village” of renovated cabins with a single bar and restaurant. It was very atmospheric and a lovely stop enroute from Alesund to Trondheim. Not much to do there so arriving around 5:00 or 6:00pm is perfect for your overnight stay.

What an amazing place. We stayed in one of the traditional fisherman's huts which was an incredible experience. The staff were so helpful - offered us kayaks to explore around the small island. Great food. A real experience.

Had the most amazing stay at the hotel which is a really unique experience. We had a lovely boat transfer over, stayed in one of the historic rooms (which is a must and didn’t worry when it mentions bunk beds as they were really comfortable and added to the charm), had some really nice drinks in the “pub” and an equally as nice meal in the restaurant. The staff were really lovely and could not do enough for you. It was one of our highlights during our 2 week road tip in Norway

We loved taking a boat over to the island. The cabin was nice and comfortable. Dinner was good - they allowed for some to not do the full 3 courses. Breakfast was fabulous! Was fun to walk around the island, but not much to do in evening. We stayed one night and was just right for us.

This an island hotel that used to be a fishing village. You park on their shore parking lot and a hotel power boat transfer you you to the island which is a mile off shore. Restautant on the island. Hytte (cabins) are rusticoutside and modern inside. A unique experience!

En rolig og fin atmosfære på hele øya, anbefaler å reise ut tidlig om en skal kun ha én overnatting for å få tid til å nyte øya. Svært gode senger og dyner ga den lille ekstra luksusfølelsen. God mat og flott atmosfære i restauranten, kokken stilte opp og lagde en rett som passet veldig bra til unge ganer.

Le lieu est magique même si la chambre standard est trop petite. Par contre ,pourquoi ne pas dire de suite qu un bateau est disponible toutes les heures au lieu de rdv. Ça éviterait de stresser. Grand parking (non garde) pour laisser la voiture. Des hôtes et un conducteur de bateau tops
