"Would highly recommend 1st floor beach rooms for a better view of the lagoon. If you want direct access out your door to the lagoon, ground floor would suit however note that other guests will congregate in front of your room to gather, sunbake and chat with others which if you like privacy, these wouldn't be a good option.
The gardens are stunning and well maintained, the lagoon is beautiful with snorkeling and other water activities only metres away from your room. A beautiful array of colourful fish to be admired.
The staff are lovely and friendly and rooms are kept very clean.
My only two negatives are that that the rooms are very outdated need a good makeover. Lighting in the rooms are a big problem in that it is very dull and with all the orange colour wood and yellow decor, makes it very dark and hard to see in your suitcases or even read a book in your room at any time of day. I would recommend bringing a reading light or torch.
There are three restaurants at the resort, however they all have the same menu and kitchen. The food is very expensive and not very nice which was disappointing. Our group ended up eating out most of the time which meant paying for taxis or the bus to find somewhere else. They really need to drop their prices to match the quality or up their game to match the prices. I would recommend researching other options to dine at before you book your stay."
