Otel güzel ve oda temizdi. Kaldığımız odanın pencere dogramasinin altından dışarısı gözüküyordu, çocuklarla kaldığımız aile odası olmasına rağmen tuvalet kapısı cam ve kapalı olmasına rağmen kenarlarından da içerisi gözüküyordu. Sabah kahvalti vardı otel sahibi hanımefendi kedisini elleriyle yakalayıp dışarı bıraktıktan sonra mutfaktaki işlerine ellerini yıkamadan devam etti belki unutmuştur. Merkeze yakın f/p oranı bir oteldi.

L’emplacement de l’hotel est tres beau avec un restaurant panoramique qui nous fait profiter d’une tres belle vue. La chambre etait propre et les accueillants sont adorables avec de tres bons petits dejeuners typiques et une mention speciale pour les diners egalement typiques. Tout ca pour un prix tres correct. On a passe un tres bon moment, nous recommandons vivement !

Kahvaltı dahil olarak rezervasyon yaptırdık ve otele girdik, resepsiyondaki hanımefendi kahvaltımızın olmadığını yani ekstra ücretli alabileceğimizi söyledi , ısrarla bizim kahvaltı dahil olarak seçim yaptığımızı söylesek bile bize gelen maili göstersek bile kabul etmedi, sorunumuzu çözmek yerine bizimle tartışmaya girdi, daha sonrasında rezervasyon yaptırdığımız siteye zar sor ulaşarak sorunumuzu kendi kendimize hallettik ancak moralimiz de açıkçası bozuldu , otele bu şekilde olumsuz bir sorunla giriş yapınca modumuz düştü, gece köpek seslerinden uyumamız biraz zor oldu çünkü penceresi de tam kapanmıyordu, giriş katta olmamıza rağmen pencere kulpu da bozulmuştu. Onun dışında Avanos merkeze birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde olması güzel , bizim odanın manzarası yoktu ama üst katların manzarası güzel , kahvaltı yaptığımız terasın manzarası da güzeldi , Odamız temiz ve düzenliydi , fiyat olarak makuldu.

Otel imkanları maalesef çok kısıtlıydı, banyolarda küvet veya duşakabin bile yoktu, banyonun içinde duş alındığında tüm banyo ıslanıyor. Herhangi bir minibar, bardak, çay /kahve, su bile yoktu. Odada duran plastik çiçekli çöp kovaları pek hoş değildi. Bunun dışında çalışanlar kibar ve ilgiliydi.

Çok güzel, sakin, Avanos u tepeden izleyebildiginiz bir butik otel. Sahipleri çok cana yakın ve güler yüzlü insanlar. Havadar, akşamları isiklandirma az ve sessiz kafa dinliyorsunuz. Kahvaltısi açık büfe değil ama doyurucu ve lezzetli. Temiz ve kullanışlı odaları mevcut. Son derece memnun kaldık. Ayrıca sabahları biraz uzakta olsa vadiden kalkan balonları görebiliyorsunuz. Manzarası güzel.

Şirin butik otel!

Herkese merhaba, Eşim ile yapmış olduğumuz Kapadokya gezisi sırasında kaldığımız Mozaik Otel son derece şirin ve butik bir oteldi. Otel çalışanlarından Sevil hanım, Güldane ve Fatma hanımlar da sağ olsunlar bizlerle ilgilendiler. Otel işletmecisi Halit Bey ve Sevil Hanım işletmecilik konusunda mükemmeller. Müşterinin velinimet olduğunu düşündükleri belli. Otelde bulunan Türk çalışanlar son derece saygılı ve nezih kişiler. Otelde yaşadığınız sıkıntı olması durumunda Türk çalışanları bulmanızı tavsiye ediyoruz, zira otelde bulunan Fransız hanfendi çok saygılı değil. Onun hatasını telafi etmek için Türk arkadaşlar canla başla çalıştılar. Emeklerine sağlık. Yolumuz düşerse kesinlikle tekrar buraya geleceğiz. Saygılarımızla.

Otel çok kötü ve pis

Kaldığımız en kötü oteldi. 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk 1 gece konakladık. Oda çok pisti, yerde toz yumakları vardı, sehpaların üstünde kum gibi tozlar vardı. Odada tv yeri vardı ama tv yoktu. Banyoda sabun bile yoktu, saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. Sabah kahvaltıya gittik. Tek bir çalışan vardı, yetişemediği her halinden belliydi. Masalar kirliydi, bir süre ayakta temizlenmesini bekledik. Kahvaltı zayıftı, bazı ürünlerin kalmadığını söyledi. Mecburen ne bulduysak onu yedik. En önemlisi de çay bile yoktu. Tek çalışanın yetişemediğini görünce kendi çatal, kaşık ve bardağımızı almak için mutfak kısmına geçmek zorunda kaldık mecburen. Kısaca hiç memnun kalmadık, hizmet gerçekten çok kötüydü. Müşteriyi memnun etme gibi bir gayelerinin olduğunu sanmıyorum. Olsaydı bu kadar kötü bir deneyim yaşatmış olmazlardı. İptal seçeneğimiz olmadığı için mecburen kaldık. Bir daha kalır mıyız? Asla.. ve kesinlikle tavsiye de etmeyiz.

Ein sehr urtypisches gemütliches Hotel mit schönem Garten und sehr schöne Zimmer. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und kümmern sich um alle Wünsche. Wir können es sehr empfehlen. Eine wunderbare Aussicht vom Frühstückssalon.
