"The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The entire place was super clean and smelled fantastic! Our room was wonderful! Clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a huge accommodating bathroom. I have health issues, and do not utilize elevators, and the front desk was fantastic and got us right into a downstairs room! The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious, and the all night coffee/tea bar was a great addition. The kids loved the pool, and it was always kept clean and well maintained. We will absolutely be back!"

"The hotel was nice and centrally located. Common areas could have been cleaner. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work and the AC stopped working around 5a. Staff were great and breakfast was fresh and delicious."

"This hotel was extremely disappointing. The pool was closed and no one informed us. They had a pipe burst at some point and then decided to fix it on Friday morning. Again, no one told us. We had an event that day and we could not shower before the event. The staff was rude. The hotel room was dirty. They had people playing a loud speaker in the middle of the lobby until very late at night. Past 11 pm."

"The air conditioning malfunctioned on the first night, and on the second night, the door was locked due to the battery dying. The construction noise in the breakfast area was unbearable, making it a completely unpleasant experience."
