My room was very clean, smelled great! Blackout curtains worked so well that I slept til nearly noon, and still thought it was dark out. I stayed on the second floor, interstate side - no noises noticed. I felt safe the whole stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shower could've been a bit warmer, but it wasn't cold and felt good after traveling. I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that were nowhere near as comfy and accommodating- I'll definitely be back!

The halways smelled humid, but the room was clean. Dont like the bath tub (i think hotels should only have showers unless accessible) but everything was clean so the stay was good

Our first room assignment had no working heat. Also, the shower sprayed water into the bathroom. I suggested to the Hotel Manager (who was very nice) that they put a list of the TV channels in the rooms so guests don’t have to spend 5 to 10 minutes trying to find a station. One cannot even find a channel guide without switching aimlessly. He said that he had suggested it to the “franchisor” … but nothing came of it.

This was the second hotel out of 3 that I had to reserve and after checking in I realized they were not pretty friendly. The staff knowing what I went through with the first hotel, was not going to refund my deposit until I told them them my pet and I will be staying until I get my money back. Of course after that she said she would refund but then I was treated like a second hand citizen.

Reasonable place to stay

Room was fine. Bed was good. Silverfish in the shower. Yuck. It was a bit worse for wear but I only slept there and showered (if I didn’t go to an offsite gym). Staff was very nice. Breakfast was solid.

cleanliness was excellent, but the rug in the room had some pretty baked in stains near the fridge area. facilities also were nice, I didn't use the pool but the water fountains in there looked rusty, so might be a bit over chlorinated. These are nitpicks, it was a nice property and I had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast eggs were good too!

The place smelled really bad and the mattress was dirty. The restroom towels smelled really bad. The water fountain in the pool has rust on it. There was mold in the restroom wall and the paint is coming off.

Clean, quiet and only 20 minutes from airport.

Stayed on the ground floor and it was very quiet and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed is big and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Only complaint is that the shower water pressure is weak. If this ever happens, you can notify the front desk. Also fyi, there’s no shower curtain because of the way the shower is designed. Location-wise, the hotel is NOT within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, etc. so be prepared to take a taxi/uber/rental car.

Worst Hotel I Have Been to in Austin

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority—dirt was visible everywhere, including the floors, walls, hallways, and even the elevator. My room felt just as grimy, and to make matters worse, about half of the lights in the room didn’t work, making it both uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I couldn’t bear to stay longer than one night and checked out early. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
