I liked that it was convenient because it’s kind of close to downtown. There’s also a washer and dryer which is what I was looking when I found this hotel online and I liked that there was enough parking.

The front staff were very nice and let me cancel my stay. The rooms were not clean. There was unknown stains on the bedding. The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. It was not a safe neighborhood for a woman alone. All in all I would not suggest the place. However the staff was very nice when I asked for a refund. Perhaps if you are on a budget and are not a woman traveling alone, then one could stay here. Again, the staff were very nice.

Front desk are very nice people and helpful with checking in fast also rooms are very comfortable but I did see a roach and it didn’t come at me lol Either way was a good stay!

The place is good if your just looking for a nice comfy bed. My room did not have a tv remote the office never got back to me about providing me an another one unfortunely which would have made the stay a little bit better internet did not work at all the entire time during my stay beware if you have to work remote there.

Clean bed, filthy looking room

The bed was nice and clean. The rest of the room was not. Floor, bathroom, and walls were all dirty. Looks like ketchup was splattered on the floor and side of the fridge. Candy and trash on the floor by the door. Was not comfortable taking my shoes off. Ended up staying in the room for like 30 minutes before finding somewhere else to stay.

Unfortunately, never again

Lodging was very scarce in Austin the one night that we needed to stay here. It was either pay $600 a night for hotel room at a known location or try this place for $70 a night. I have never stayed in a hotel where there are actually dead cockroaches on the floor and in the bathroom. Even worse when we turned on the lights roaches scattered, we had to empty all of our bags before reloading them into our car and removed no fewer than four roaches in each one of our hotel bags. The linens were nice and clean and so was the microwave.

The main office was locked nobody was on reception counter. I call the hotel front desk and the lady said she will be down, I had to wait more than 20min. But she was polite and friendly.

I have been staying here for a while. I've never had an issue with staff or any of the residents here. If there ever was an issue with my room I was immediately apologized to and the front desk put me into another room right away. People have to be realistic, this is extended living hotel. So you can't expect certain things to be new right away just because you are going to be in the room. It's people that move out after being here for a while and all the staff can do at the time is clean the room in order to have it ready for you to stay . To sum it up I appreciate having somewhere to live and I also appreciate the staff . And their are some nice people that live on this property.
