A good value for money budget hotel

Overall the hotel is good relative to the price paid. Location is super as it is near to the airport, on the main road, and near to the downtown. Service is good as well and staffs are friendly. Breakfast served is simple but very tasty. Lunch and dinner are just average. Cleanliness and decos are good.

Had issues with my bank and the manager was brilliant in assisting me. Went way beyond his obligations. Very kind. He ended up phoning my wife and son in Canada in an effort to resolve my dilemma. Very stressful. However he was very understanding. Staff were terrific. Lovely place.

The staff were super friendly and eager to please. The food was outstanding but you can’t get Indian breads from 3:00-7:30pm. Those were my eating hours and I came to India to eat Indian food. The WiFi didn’t work in my room and the water heater quit working. They offered to switch my room but I moved to a different hotel that offered Indian food all day. Otherwise, the hotel is top notch for an lower to midrange priced hotel in the area. Again, the staff was great and the Indian food amazing if you get the breads at the right hours.

Новый отель. Сияющая чистота, новые мебель,постельное белье, полотенца, сантехника. Я останавливалась на 3 дня. Каждый день пополнялись чайно-кофейный стол в номере и бутилированная вода, а также туалетные принадлежности, в том числе зубные щетки и зубная паста. Горячая вода, кондиционер. Завтрак достаточный, чтобы начать день: свежие фрукты, свежевыжатые соки, чай-кофе, тосты, кексы, джем, мюсли + блюда индийской кухни. Да, и приветственный напиток - фреш. Добавьте к этому доброжелательный персонал и вы получите ИДЕАЛЬНЫЙ отель. А еще, кроме многих приятных вещей в оформлении, мне очень понравились золотой и серебряный лифты. P.S. Мне в номере показался шум вентиляционной системы ресторана. Номер поменяли в течении нескольких минут. Ирина Россия
