We did have trouble getting in and couldn't contact the owners but after some time managed to get in (the issue was an internet issue making it difficult for us to log on to get the code for keys). "The place is an oasis in the city. Very convenient for exploring the city and felt safe. A charming place. There were some issues with cleanliness though such as smelly pillows and dust & dirty floors. But the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. The kitchen could have done with some items such as a washing-up bowl or plug. But overall it was a very pleasant place and the owner was very good at communicating with us. "
