Holes in the walls, no bathroom door knob to shut and lock the door; water pressure in shower was so high that it was very painful to take a shower and no way to adjust pressure. There was no security lock on the door so I was having to put a chair in front of the door to prevent someone from prying the door open and entering it while i was in there. I never recieved or was even asked if I wanted housekeeping. And there was roaches in the bathroom. I had to shake all of my items out before packing to come home to make sure that I didn't bring any home with me. A truly horrible place to rent and I can't even believe that yall would offer to even rent a place like this thru your website. The only good thing that I can say about this place is that the air conditioning worked like it should.

We stayed here Masters week when our rental property fell through at the last minute. We were told they hold back rooms for walk-ins just for situations like ours. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and accommodating. The property overall is older and a bit run down, but they cleaned up very well considering. Fresh sheets, linens and towels. Welcome refreshments and breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent location. Thank you

Room smelled of mold and mildew. Bug was dead in the fridge. Toliet ran all night long. Not breakfast was available. A pack of waffle were in a fridge to heat up without a sanitary way to do so. Also the juice machine wasn't working. Worst hotel I've ever been to! Employee who checked me in was best part of stay.

The property had a lot of activity happening most of the night in the parking lot. There were roaches in the room. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Now the staff was excellent and very helpful.

Property was filthy! The room was extremely filthy! The shower and sink didn’t have hot water or any water pressure! The toilet and the sink ran all night! The A/C cover was lying in the middle of the floor! The breakfast was thawed frozen waffles and dry cereal, no milk or any kind of beverages! The Sheriff’s department was chasing someone across the parking lot as we we’re getting ready to leave! There was a wild party in the room next door but we couldn’t call the front desk because there was no phone in the room! The floor was so dirty your feet turned black just walking on it! Towel holder was broken, no mirror in the bath room the sink counter looked like it was going to fall apart!

I liked nothing. I never checked in due to poor customer service. But while i waited 25 min for clerk there was alot of guest requesting refunds because of drug use in front of there door and ensless prostitutes walking all night.

We were there Masters Week paid over $500 per night for $50 ish room. Broken chair poor lighting . every thing old and not maintained. A shame. The lady manager did her best to make life livable. But the place needs to be redone.

We stupidly paid $375 per night for two nights during the Masters. Completely understand Super 8 charging a lot more during Masters week, but this place was a total dump. It reeked of cigarettes when we walked in - it felt like we were hit in the face with cigarette smoke immediately. The room also smelled of dry urine. Completely disgusting. We all wore socks so we didn't have to step on the carpet. It was also incredibly noisy and we heard people downstairs all throughout the night, so much so that the three of us barely slept at all. We wound up eating the cost of the second night and left for a hotel closer to the ATL airport. It was a fantastic decision and we finally got some much needed sleep in a very clean room. I will never, ever stay in a Super 8 property again for as long as I live.

Beyond Horrible. Non-smoking rooms smelling major Tabaco smell and the rooms are neglected. The owner of this hotel has ZERO pride in owning this hotel. Water leaking from the upstairs units. Major health hazard the health department of the city needs to move in. Was supposed to stay 3 nights, but had to leave after the first scary night with no refunds.

It is not unusual to pay $500 a night for a hotel room in Augusta during the Masters. HOWEVER, this is a terrible choice. And it would be terrible at $50 as well. Smokey, holes in the walls, towel racks hanging on by a thread, bad beds, crappy pillows, transients mingling around, exposed plumbing and wiring in the ceilings, see through towels….. Shall I continue? If we hadn’t prepaid, I would have gone to store and bought a pup tent and slept with the first clown that invited me into the woods behind the hotel.

This may be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Put it this way, we slept in our clothes and contemplated sleeping with the lights on. Although the sheets were new, the entire room was awful...my wife wouldn't shower or even use the bathroom. Was only there for the Masters.

The only issue you brought to the attention of the general manager was that you could not get the tv to work properly. She immediately went and fixed it for you. You did not mention to her that you felt the room was dirty. All of our rooms were deep cleaned and sanitized prior to the arrival of our new guests. If you would have stated this, we would have accommodated you by changing your room to one that better suited your standards.Again, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

The tv was static, the room overall felt nasty. The floors weren’t swept and it smelt terrible! The lobby smelt terrible as well. The bed was hard and the pillows were wafer thin. The other clients were loud all night and walking the outside of the building yelling and hollering. During our entire stay we felt we had to stay alert in case someone tried to break in or steal our rental car.

Was checked into a room that wasn't cleaned. Thought someone was going to walk out of bathroom when we walked in. TV was on, towels and trash all over. This motel is a rent by the hour establishment, or so it has that genre. If you are looking for a rest for the night, pick another motel. We found another motel that was way more cleaner and felt alot safer.

Absolutely filthy. Can't even describe how disgusting it was. Phone and alarm clock didn't work. TV was static. Could hear all neighbors beside and above, could hear people walking outside of the room. This place needs to be shut down. Definitely not a safe place for a woman alone.

Had to call and wait for several minutes during checkin as the attendant was not at the front desk. Room was very rundown and in need of repairs. Leaky faucet and toilet. No remote for tv. Was awakened by yelling around 2:30am. Was not willing to try the limited breakfast based on other reviews, which I should have read first. I’m sure many would not feel safe staying here.

First room the shower was broken and shooting water all over the floor. Second room they gave was occupied. Third room was not what we paid for. There was no hot water no phone so you had to walk all the way up for a complaint. The tv didn’t work and the dresser / tv stand had drawers that stayed open. Place was trashed too. They didn’t ask for any verification and had snacks not breakfast. Which was the only thing they kept an eye on. Drugs were openly sold in the parking lot as well.

The pictures on the site are very misleading. The walls and room had a lot of damage, the faucets were loose and broken. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean, tv was nice, but the top bedspread was very stained. I just stayed on the bed and didn't want to use the shower. Sketchy people hanging around all night outside, a lot of noise. Obvious addicts, and homeless slept outside the entrance of the lobby. The italian restaurant connected was nice and had good food. Lady at the front desk was very nice, but the gun tucked into her bra was my first clue as to the state of the hotel, but later i understood why she had it.

The staff was extremely rude. Rooms with mold growing, nonworking televisions, and a parade of characters partying up and down the walkway until 5 AM on a Monday night! No sleep.

This place is for LOCALS ONLY
It was aweful. If it hadn't been so late by the time we got there I would have went to another hotel. Reserved a king, got a double; pushed the bed together and found some used makeup, a mystery vial with an amber liquid, an unused magnum and a pecan pie. The floor hadn't been vacuumed in so long I literally would not let my son off of the beds. Smoke alarm? On the floor. Stains on the walls and cigarette burns in the non smoking rooms carpet. The walls were covered in mystery swipes, and one of the headboards had been removed from the wall and placed behind the door with the screws exposed. There wasn't even a plug for the television.... Abysmal does not even begin to describe tis experience. Oh, and the best part - as we were leaving the next morning we checked the fire extinguisher next to our room. It hasn't been serviced since 2017. So between the smoke detector on the floor and the potential dud extinguisher if something had happened, it would have been bad. The air conditioner was falling apart, too. 0/5 would not recommend unless you're a drug addict/prostitute/down on your luck and have no choice.
