Perfect stay. Staff were attentive and polite. We received a free upgrade which was a nice surprise for our anniversary. Breakfast had a great selection. Location was ideal. Overall 5* stay.

The location is everything - right by the Duomo! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean - not too fancy - but you have everything you need. The bed and the bedding were quite good. They have a nice breakfast buffet with many selections. I will go back again.

Very clean and convenient, nice that it was past the main part of town opposite side of city from vernacular which made it quiet but close. ( there is a nearby shuttle, or a 15 minute walk with bags…). The hotel gives you a feel that you are staying in a room of a castle.
