Convenient for the entrance to the convention center. Other than that the hotel was not the best. Dirty room, not very good dining options inside. Smelly hallways. Most important, super noisy with no control of the people making the noise.

The hotel is nice but for a big hotel in Atlantic City, not having any in-house amenities during weekdays (Bars and/or restaurants) is unforgivable. I will not stay there again next time I have a conference at the Convention Center they are part of. The convenience of their closeness to conferences if completely snuffed away by lack of amenities. Many other hotels in town with what I look for in AC.

The property was nice and room was clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars was because of a very rowdy neighbor. They were screamimg, banging against the wall, slamming doors and turning up music loud. The staff came right away and addressed it... but it started again 10 minutes later. I didn't want to keep calling the frint desk, so we waited until 12:30 for the noise to stop.

Unfortunately sheets and some towels stained. Also lamps dusty but the staff was Excellent and very kind. The place itself is outdated but the lobby is very nice and big conference room. I would stay again there but I would definitely make sure all bed sheets are changed and they should throw away stained towels and such.

Very nice desk service. Clean and convenient to transport and shopping and to some casinos. Hotel needs a renovation, but it’s a good alternative to casino hotel. Will return.

The property is located in a good area, close to shopping and transportation. The staff were very nice. The rooms are too outdated and the carpet was extremely stained and dirty (I did not trust putting my bare feet on it). The towels were stained with questionable marks. Some of the pillows covers looked dirty. The pillows were super uncomfortable and made my neck hurt. Overall, the rooms need a complete makeover.

There rooms need to be updated. I was there for one night and everything else was nice, the staff was welcoming and pleasant. The location is convenient for shopping and traveling especially if you're attending any event at the AC Convention Center.
