Not only were there things pictured that were not available (pool, restaurant, Starbucks), but their own messages when you turn on the tv still says these are features of the hotel, even though the lady at the front desk said the restaurant has not been open for MONTHS! The manager was "not there" the entire length of our stay. The room was dirty, and MANY things were broken/in need of repair (the light when you first walk in, the cabinet door where the fridge is kept, the faucet, the toilet paper holder, the shower curtain rod, the flusher on the toilet, electrical outlets were loose) and there was only 1 tiny garbage can in the room. Not to mention that was trash piled up inside and outside the hotel. Ice machine was not working so they provided a cooler with no lid and an ice scooper provided up front. This "non-smoking" hotel smelled like cigarettes in the hallway and dog pee in the room. We know were not the only ones unhappy because there was another guest there arguing with the front desk clerk and the police were even there. If I had not already paid for the room through expedia we would not have stayed there. The whole reason that we chose this hotel over hundreds in the area was for the features that were not even available. Staff did not care, told me to contact Expedia for a refund.
