Great Location

My family really enjoys staying here when we visit Atlanta. Plenty of room for the kids. Great view of Downtown. And it’s close to the interstate when you’re ready to explore

I enjoyed my day trip in Atlanta Ga at the Penthouse.....it was clean, nice view and really cute only issue i had was the tub draining slowly...but other than that it was fabulous

This property truly exceeded all my wildest dreams in regards to a small place to get away, and be comfortable and safe while visiting Georgia. I would definitely rent again.

It is a three-tier "penthouse" - two large bedrooms with private baths on the lower level; a full kitchen with a living room, 1/2 bath, and dining room on the second level; and a cute loft with a full bed and pull-out couch. Parking is limited, and the garage door didn't always work as expected. I would stay here again.

Great spot near all the attractions we wanted to hit. You COULD walk to nearby dining and attractions but you'll have to brave crossing city traffic. Opt for the on-site parking garage: secure, spacious, and super convenient with access right into the building. Unit was clean, great views, and well-outfitted.

Very convenient to downtown area. We paid for parking which was wonderful locked garage, not sure about other parking arrangements. Unit felt safe and was clean and comfortable. Some homeless in area if you would be out walking but we had transportation to local attractions. Would stay again.

We really like and appreciated our stay. The place was clean, comfy and roomy. The kitchen was clean and roomy but was missing a few pieces of cooking equipment (frying pans). There was one TV downstairs and worked well but only had Roku option. The biggest complaint was that we couldn’t relax and watch TV in the bedroom. There were 5 channels to choose from but the most frustrating part was that the TV glitched every time we turned it on. We couldn’t watch it for more than 5 minutes. Otherwise, the place was great. I would book again.

I like that it’s a walking distance to Aquarium and museums. The rooms were clean and good size. Nice kitchen too. Parking under the house for extra cost was good to have. Even though we had a problem with one bed in our room at the first night, the customer service answered quickly and solved the issue.

Building maintenance not great

Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.

Good stay

The room/appartment was great. Wonderful place with great amenities. However, the lock on the patio door was non-functional so it could not be locked (I would like to mention that it was a penthouse so only one of the two neighbor unit tenants could have gotten to it), the main door security latch was just barely hanging on, and there was no running water on the checkout day. The location was good for a large city and I would definitivly stay there again.

The Sonder Atlanta property was very good and fit our needs quite well. The location was perfect for easy access to the Congress Center and comfortable for my wife to hang out and work remotely. Loved the secure parking, the view, and the space! The bed was very comfortable. The things that could have been better, are the stair handrail was broken, and the sofa in the living room was not very comfortable (I think the bed in the sofa may have had issues but we did not pull it out to examine) - with these small issues - we would stay here again without hesitation.

The responsiveness of support team when I had an issue with the digital door lock was great. The issue was handled within a short period of time and by an electronic transmission. Technology is wonderful. Unfortunately, with the hospital near by, the ambulance will annoy a light sleeper. Dispite that downfall, I'd still stay again. The location was great for accessing the places I went.

The Sonder is a good option for business clients. It's a very safe building, and the company is very responsive. I only had one issue, which was addressed in under five minutes. The PH apartments have great layouts, and I really liked the size. The only thing I would give a four is cleanliness. Most of the apartments were spotless, but the first-floor bathroom was the exception. Also, while there's parking (paid), getting to it is not the best. I would definitely recommend Sonder and would stay here again. The price was ideal.
