Aww mannn.... I am so bummed to write this one. I've stayed here a couple times before and it has been a good place to be. So on the plus side: I think the staff had a great attitude, yet had their hands tied. I believe they did their best with what they had to work with. Also, the bed was super-comfortable! Okay, now I've got to post the bad ones... When we got in, there were two bath cloths, two hand towels, and a floor mat towel. There were no body towels. I called in the morning and asked for towel service, and was asked to bring my dirty ones down to them... not a big ask in itself, especially in these weird staffing times. They apologized for not having any towels at the time, and the GM went into the laundry room to try to find what he could find (again - the staff's efforts were 5 stars!). I told them not to worry, that they could bring them when housekeeping got to the room. Well.... it appears that housekeeping never got to the room... ...and neither did my towels... a bad surprise to get at about 10pm. The explanation I got was that their towel person had not come by that day and they were out of supplies. They said they'd see what they could find and would let me know. No further communication, but I also didn't expect a couple towels to appear that late at night. There also wasn't a remote for the TV, but that was far minor to not being able to shower that night or in the morning... and no towels is a biggie (but yes, I'd stay there again!)

THIS PROPERTY IS RUN DOWN. NO ICE MACHINE. NO TOWELS AVAILABLE. NO MAID SERVICE THE ENTIRE STAY. ROOMS WERE CONTAMINATED WITH SMOKE IN NONSMOKING ROOMS. DOOR ENTRY TAMPERED WITH/BROKEN BACK.WAFFLES, YOGURT, AND INSTANT COFFEE WAS BREAKFAST WITH A SIGN SAYING LIMIT 1 PER PERSON. 1 PLY BATHROOM TISSUE. WATER IN SHOWER WAS LUKE WARM.SHOWER CURTAIN MOUNTED IMPROPERLY SO DOES NOT STAY SHUT ON EITHER SIDE WHILE SHOWERING. 2 FULL SIZE TOWELS OFFERED IN ROOM AT CHECKIN. I HAD TO GO DOWN TO REQUEST TOWELS AND WAS TOLD I CAN MAKE DO WITH WHAT WAS OFFERED. ANOTHER DAY WAS OFFERED HAND TOWELS TO GET BY WITH. ROOM CURTAIN WAS RIPPED UPON ENTRY, HAD TO KEEP ADJUSTING TO KEEP LIGHT OUT AND PEOPLE FROM SEEING IN.AND FRIG LEAKED ALL OVER THE FLOOR. 4 DAYS WE STAYED IN THIS LESS THAN EFFICIENT FACILITY. COMPLAINTS WERE MADE TO FRONT OFFICE, BUT WERE MET WITH "I'M SORRY", BUT WITH NO REMEDY.THIS STAY WAS COVIENT IN AREA, BUT SHARES APARKING LOT AND DRIVE THRU DRIVE WITH 3 OTHER HOTELS. TRIED TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER HOTEL, BUT MOST WERE SOLD OUT. CHOICE/QUALITY INN HOTELS HAS HAD A HIGH STANDARD IN OUR PAST, BUT WE WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN.

The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. The room was no more than a flop house. Drig users sitting outside their rooms using. Roaches in the room. Telephone did not work, refrigerator not working, towels all frayed, mattress felt hard as cement and a whole lot paint chipped off tge walls. I would not recommend unless you're dead and there's no room at the morgue. Never again!!!!!!

I booked a non smoking room. The room i got was extremely smoking smelly. Bathroom was disgusting, the bed wasnt any better, sheets had hair on them and the bottm where the mattress sits was covered with what appeared to be bugs. The walls all around the room were dirty. The curtains all ripped off . Dont waste your money. I had to pay somewhere else because i just couldnt stay there for over 10 minutes

When we arrived there were police everywhere, and I wasn't giving a clear explanation why even after asking. We had stained towels and clean towels had to be retrieved from an empty room. This hotel is terrible! The room is filthy! It’s smells so bad a huge hole is the wall. The door doesn’t lock. Dog poop everywhere. the shower was broken. Very unsafe! No ice or elevator! A dump this should be closed

Remolded hotel
The hotel has been remodeled and it is a major improvement from what it was before . Inside and outside. The lobby and the rooms have improved since 2021. The staff was very helpful also.

Told the hotel I would be checking in late (2:00 am). When I got there no one in office, door was locked, and sign on front door saying no vacancy. I could not get anyone on the phone. Had to find another hotel. The was not acceptable because they stated there would be someone in the office 24 hrs.

First room TV didn't work so they quickly moved us to second room. This room toilet seat broken and on floor so had to place on on toilet and balance. Portion of laminate on floor missing. Just overall low end, in need of repair venue.

I did NOT stay I'm checking on my refund. For a non-smoking room, it smelled like someone had just smoked in that room. I had to hold my breath when we checked the room and I turned back around walked out and turned the key back in. I told the nice gentleman (he was a night watchman). About the room, he said he didn't know about any other room, he said "I just check people in". I had to find another Hotel.

We lasted 2 hours just because we had to eat while Expedia found us another place to stay. No one should ever consider this place to stay. The bathroom was full of mold. There were cigarette burns on the bed. It stank of cigarette smoke. The bathroom sink had dried toothpaste. There was plastered egg in the closet. The sofa was stained. The curtains had tears. The smoke detector had been removed.

The housekeepers are lazy speak no English don't clean rooms as well as late need more housekeepers office staff is great.like that it has no bugs. Need a update of furniture and curtains some coffee makers in room need replacing just need a good inspection for broken missing room amenities overall better than a lot of hotels in this area of 30144

The check-in wait was a little late. The person who got off at 3pm was still waiting on his relief, who came in late. Got to my room and it smelled like dog. Dog hair was on the couch.

The manager left the night staff with no room keys. It took me an hour to finally get to my room, only to find a cop banging on the door of the room next to mine.

The staff were horrible. They gave me a room at the other end of the complex on the 2nd floor knowing it was late, that I was a single female, and that I had 2 dogs. It took forever to get my room key despite having pre-paid. Then twice I had to walk up the stairs to the very far end of the complex with the dogs and back because my room key didn't work. The 3rd time the worker grudgingly took off without me at a fast pace, then paused to ask me my room number. He got really close to one of the dogs, who growled to protect me, then acted like the dog had attacked me. He and the other worker but refused to give their names and their manager's names. I told them I would be reporting their service.
