The hotel is clean, staff is so friendly and helpful but the area around the hotel is kinda terrible. It’s dirty and a lot of cops. I actually had a homeless woman throw something at me. Also the beds are terribly uncomfortable. We had to rooms and we all said the same thing. Other than the beds the hotel is great.

Service was fine. Starbucks guy was great and super friendly. Clean and quiet place very close to public transportation. 20 minutes to airport using the train. Two gripes. The bathroom lighting is too dim, and the shower ONLY had steaming hot water. It was not user error. My colleague in another room had the same problem. Be prepared to wash in the sink unless they address it.

The hotel itself is great! The room was clean and cozy, and while I wasn't there for most of the day, it had everything you need to rest and relax. The staff was friendly the entire trip, especially the barista, who had me chatting and eager to start the day every day, even though I am NOT a morning person. My only complaint is the parking. The closest parking is a public garage behind the hotel, which requires navigating a lot of one way roads that got really confusing for me, and its pretty pricy to have your car their multiple nights.
