Very comfortable and spacious

Super nice staff, very helpful with little bumps, lots of restaurant choices in the neighborhood. Be aware that your online map might not take you to the correct address, but the map within VRBO does take you to the right spot.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was great for us to be able to get on our cruise. The room was quite large.

This is not a luxury hotel but is a reasonable price, and it is clean. The people are very friendly and eager to help in any way. The hotel is fairly centrally located to the port but would need a taxi with luggage. Our room was huge. The bed was fine. They have a continental breakfast but we choice not to eat there. There is a hot tub and gym in the lower floors with a sauna but we did not use any of them. I would stay there again.

Highly recommended!

Due to bad weather we found ourselves stranded in Piraeus, my husband had just been discharged from hospital, so our choice of hotel was dictated by location and accessibility, however, we could not have been looked after any better elsewhere of that I am sure. All the staff, reception, night porter were so supportive, helpful, sympathetic and very friendly. We would not hesitate to return and have a proper holiday. Thank you.

Good basic hotel for a brief stop

The hotel is in a small and not-too-busy road near Piraeus port. It's not a very special area, but it is very convenient for the ferries to the islands, and there are nice parts to Piraeus if you are prepared to walk. The rooms are a bit drab and the drains smell a bit, but it is clean enough and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. A good place to stop over, but I wouldn't want to stay long.

We were lucky to get that last room Efplias Hotel when we unexpectedly ended up in Athens during a ferry strike! We were greeted by extremely friendly and welcoming staff and pleased to have a very large, well equipped room with great AC, large balcony and comfortable bed to stay in!

Place to stay when in Piraeus

Overall it was a good place to stay. Stayed here for 4 nights. Room was huge and clean. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, specially Effie and Sophia. Located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast can be improved as it was almost the same spread every morning.

Etablissement qui offre des services non ouverts!

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel en vue d'utiliser le spa avec jaccuzzi pour nous relaxer après une journée compliquée. Arrivés sur place on nous confirme que le spa est ouvert mais qu'il faut payer 5€ par personne. Nous payons car nous voulions vraiment profiter de ce service détente. Une fois dans l'espace spa, seul le sauna est accessible!!! Aucune remise ni aucun geste commercial n'ont été proposés par la direction de l'établissement malgré notre insistance. Si nous avions su que l'hôtel ne savait pas offrir le service qu'il vend sur son site internet, nous n'aurions pas réservé un hôtel à ce prix!!! C'est totalement inacceptable!!!
