Older hotel. Has air conditioning and a pool. Staff are very friendly and responded immediately when we had an issue in our room. Great location for us as it was walking distance to our nieces house in the center of Athens.

Location was good, a 5 min walk from metro station that takes you directly to airport and the harbour, and a 10 min walk into city center. It was a bit run down and not as nice as the images, especially the rooftop pool area. It was dirty, and didnt have as much space/chairs as expected.

Great Value

Good hotel and a great value for the money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. As many have said, the neighborhood is not ideal. Did not feel dangerous, just drug use and vangrants. But all the nice tourist areas are an easy 20 minute walk.

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and welcoming. The area is not so nice but we had no trouble walking every day to the subway station not far. It is not nice but we never felt unsafe. We later parked our rented car in the street behind the hotel without incident. The pool we used was downstairs, it was clean and when we went there, we were alone in it so it was great. We could hear some noise from the street and the other rooms but still managed to sleep. The real downside for us was the child bed (not a cot) which was so hard that my daugther could not sleep on it. I told the staff when we left so hopefully they will buy new matresses for their next guests. Otherwise, all fine.

The hotel is great value for money The staff are lovely . Ignore the confusing check in instructions from Hotels.com the address on the website is the one to tell taxi drivers ; the hotel is on a corner so covers both address’s : no need to arrive then be taken to another location as they suggest . The area around the hotel is dodgy ; people shooting up on the streets prostitutes on the corners . Just be very aware of what’s going on around you

The woman at the front desk was very helpful with travel plans and where to go to eat. They were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Having a pool was a lovely addition on a hot afternoon. The breakfast was very nice and affordable.

We enjoyed Athens but we wish the hotel was better. The shallow modern look of the room hides cheap materials and terrible bedsheets and amenities. Hotel needs complete overall sustainable remaking

On our last night my daughter woke up in the morning with a lot of bugs crawling around her bed and all over her. I filmed it to show the person on duty at the front desk as we were checking out at 5am and showed him the video he said he would let the morning staff know what happened and no one has even reached out to me to apologise or give us some money back.

We’ve stayed at this hotel led by some positive rating and nice pictures. Actually It’s not exactly as it looks like in the pictures. The intention is to offer some design rooms but it seems that they used second hand furnitures. The room is not clean as anyone can expect. We stayed two nights and they have not serviced our room. Last but not least the area that despite you can find easy parking, is not what you can define a top one in the city (homeless people around, garbage down the road ), what else? Positive thing was the kindness of the receptionist at the check out. he apologised for the poor service. Not going to stay there for a second time.

Cet hôtel était situé dans un quartier pauvre et sale. Par contre, il y a des stations de métro proches afin de se rendre dans un autre quartier. La chambre était petite et l'air climatisé fonctionnait mal. Nous avons eu chaud. Il n'y avait pas de douche fermée dans la chambre, mais un énorme bain tourbillon, complètement inutile, compte tenu que nous y étions avec deux adolescents. Se laver n'était pas facile, il fallait que les autres membres de la famille sortent de la chambre. Nous avons aimé la piscine sur le toit !
