Family stay

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms, food, pool and gym were nice. The grounds could use some maintenance. There is no kayaking as the kayaks are half underwater and the tennis court has massive weeds growing out of the court (i pulled the big ones)

I booked this hotel based on reviews and pictures. Unfortunately the location, conditions, cleaneness and access to the hotel are terrible to the point that the night we arrived we looked for a different place, checking out first thing in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to any foreigner used to basic standards. Only plus of the place was the staff friendliness and good customer service.

Muy pretencioso que lo llamen Resort. La habitación llena de humedad, visible en las paredes (manchadas) con olor penetrante a humedad. La alfombra por partes remendada de a pedazos de un color rojo muy feo. Cables y toma corrientes a la vista, desordenados o destapados. Si bien la cama era confortable y el tamaño de la habitación era bueno, no fue gratificante la estadia. El techo del baño descascarado por la humedad y el lavatorio estaba trancado. No ofrecen cobertor o almohada extras. Pegada a la habitación una terraza que es utilizada para fiestas. Mucho ruido durante la fiesta y despues a la mañana temprano al retirar las cosas de la fiesta. Buen desayuno y las personas que atienden en la recepción muy amables, aunque por la noche no hay quien atienda. Lastimosamente no volvería

Buena opción para una escapada de fin de semana

Muy lindo lugar con amplias aereas verdes para jugar fútbol, voley, hacer asado, pileta, andar en bote; gente muy amable. 2 cosas creo que deberian de mejorar, las almohadas eran muy incomodas y de baja calidad y la comida (bufet por kilo) con pocas opciones/variedad, además el café del desayuno no era rico.
