The access to the rooms and building were easy and efficient and the team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend staying here for multiple nights, as it feels like a home away from home. Close walking distance to all sights, attractions, shops and restaurants. "

"On the evening we arrived there was no running water in the hotel. Next morning when switched on we found that the toilet was leaking. Which we reported, the shower head was lime scaled so water didn't run properly, door lock broke on the second day. Which they replaced but toilet was still leaking. Door handle broke on third day and toilet was still leaking. Needless to say we were not happy! They moved us to a new room for our remaining stay.
