"We chose the St. Regis for our first-ever trip to Aspen, hoping for a truly luxurious experience—and it absolutely delivered. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a warm, elegant atmosphere, and its location couldn’t be better. "Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite.
Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely.
They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone?
