"Overall, our stay was not a great experience. Flooring upon entry to the Kasa property was dirty and sticky. The elevator was dirty and smelled like trash/old food. (probably from the neighboring restaurants that utilize the elevator.) Upon entering the room, Everything seemed to be in order, freshly stocked, but I noticed the bed was incredibly low, which, if you enjoy your shins, good luck. "The Horton Grand, although historic and located in a great location, shows signs of needing work. Carpet is worn and doors do not fit well (bathroom door would not close.) We stayed in a "balcony" suite. The balcony was barely large enough to stand on, so not much of a perk. The windows and exterior door are not well sealed, so street noise (cars and people) was very loud, to the point of needing earplugs to sleep. "I loved that this was an inexpensive option that was clean and comfortable. It wasn’t so bad to use a restroom across the hall and they had clean showers. I loved that we had a sink and microwave in our room with closet space and space for food prep. There was a room fan that worked well and we opened the window for some fresh air. The entrance is an unassuming door on the street, so it can be a little easy to miss. My main issue was noise. Sunday night was the worst with people coming in late...

"Room had maintenance issues. 1. The flush was broken causing water to flow most of the night until I pushed it down a few times in morning that made the flow stop. 2. The coffee maker switch was broken causing it to automatically start upon plugging in. 3. The wall outlet plug below the study table was loose. Other issue was related to vehicular noise from the main road right next to the property causing a disturbed sleep. Overall a suboptimal room experience."

"The property was OK. But there was an issue with my confirmation. Originally, they said they could not find the reservation. Luckly, I had the confirmation number, but it took them a while to find it and check me in. They said it had something to do with being booked via a third party (Expedia I suppose). Not sure where the problem is (Expedia, the hotel, or some place else), but Luckly they had a room. It is something that needs to be fixed."

"We had a super room on the beach so we were very happy. The restaurants were terrific and service was perfect. I have stayed here on numerous occasions and look forward to the next time."

"Everything was great, the staff was super friendly and super helpful, the room was clean and spacious with my family of 5. THE ONLY thing we had a problem with was the hours of the two other bars/restaurant. Granted we went durn the week but the resort was still busy. The pool side bar was only open on Sunday and Plaza del sol was only open because there was an event going on. Plus the food menu was different at all three. Other than that everything else was amazing. "
