"Hotel was really nice and the heated pool was fantastic! Breakfast was really good as well. The only complaint we had was our room key kept freezing daily and we had to get a new one 2x and on the third day a new person, who was very helpful, said previously whoever made our keys kept doing it for 1 day only. Which isn’t the worse but definitely an inconvenience. We were also there for 4 days and not once did we get any room service. I’m not sure is that’s something you have to ask for but never had that happen before."

"SO much hair on the towels in my room. Every single bath towel had at least one hair on it. Front desk staff was ok. Breakfast staff was sweet! "

"Disgusting and run down rooms, staff was asleep at night and unwilling to help, breakfast was gross and not as advertised whatsoever. The police were there almost everyday due to various issues. The manager would tell you one thing and then do something very different"

"Convenient location. Sparkling new facility. Friendly and responsive staff. Interesting minimalist aesthetic (not cozy, but very contemporary and convenient. Full-size fridge, stove, kitchen sink. Ideal for cooking in the room. "
