"Overall a very nice stay here. The rooms are very well appointed and the staff is extremely polite and responsive. The ACs had an issue but the staff helped relocate us as well as made sure everything was working correctly. In addition, they also replaced the AC units promptly. "Beautiful grand lobby, great dining options, modern spacious rooms but very noisy at night due to club music next door. The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. Front desk manager and housekeeping manager also very attentive to ensure we had a lovely stay. "

"I want to begin this review by saying i was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and staff. I would be so bold as to say this hotel is the BEST in all of Gurugram, and i say that with confidence because i have stayed at many of the 4 and 5 star hotels here. Special thanks must be given to Sylvester because his professionalism and indepth explanation is what ultimately led to me book my stay at the Taj. I usually do indepth research and when i came across the interview he did, i had a great feeling about my stay. He is just as pleasant and professional as he was on the video.
