"Everything was wonderful, absolutely zero complaints "

"The heavy curtain that blocks out light had a huge tear in it. The outside shower curtain had mold on the top corner. The soap dish holder had cracks in it. The carpet smelled bad and looked really worn out. Overall, the inside of the property is pretty worn down. Bistro area had old scratched tables and chairs. Couches had stains. I will not choose this property if I ever visit the area again. The staff was mediocre… only one person was professional and helpful. Nobody could tell me why Marriott kept putting hundreds of dollars on hold on my debit card … At one point I had over $800.00 tied up in pending authorization and my bill was only $469.00 "

"The room was clean and the bedsheets were soft — that's about where the positives end. The "desk" is paired with a short conference-room chair that makes it useless as a workstation. The "kitchen" has a stove and microwave but zero supplies — no cups, dishes, silverware, paper towels, or dish rags. You literally cannot cook or eat without bringing everything yourself. No coffee maker, no water kettle, no coffee or tea provided. Bathroom was equally bare: no hand towels, no shampoo, no toilet seat cover, and only one tiny bar of soap. The washcloths were black and visibly dirty. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Wi-Fi was so slow it couldn't load a short Instagram video. I burned through my personal data just to check email and browse the web. There's also nowhere to put luggage — no rack, no bench, no shelf. Your options are the stovetop or the bed. For the price, this felt like paying for amenities that simply aren't there."

"Hampton hotel called me 30 minutes before I checked in to ask me to change my accessible room to king bed room. I agreed. After I checked in & paid, the room we were given had 2 queen beds and was told there were no other rooms available. I was also told that when using a 3rd party like Hotel.com, the rooms need to be changed sometimes. The room we received floors were sticky, heater/air conditioning unit mad an annoying humming sound all night and the alarm clock didn't reflect the time, however the alarm went off at 5am! I may never use Hampton or Hotel.com again."

"Good location to major roadways and in the industrial park for meeting with customers"

"The kitchen was nice. Could use better pots and pans (non stick), and there was no dish cloth or anything to scrub pans. There was a dishwasher but I'm not running a dishwasher for a pan and two plates. "

"The Hampton Inn was convenient to a number of places and the location, while right off the main road was quiet and secluded. The rooms were a good size and the staff was very helpful."
