Breakfast options and especially the vegetable varieties is excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were great. The rooms were clean and in a great location. Drinks on the terrace were really nice. Very happy with our decision to stay there.

I've stayed here multiple times, and I always have a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect, it's very central and you can walk to most places or hop on the subway, which is also very close by. The rooms are always clean and well-ventilated. The staff are extremely attentive and willing to help even if there can be a bit of a language barrier (though that's more on me for not having great Japanese skills). In terms of value, location, and staff service, I really can't think of a better place to stay. Can't wait to be back again!

Everything excellent except room is hot.

The location of the hotel is great, 4 minutes from Hakata station. Check-in relatively easy but only with remote staff. We found a noodle stuck behind a lamp next to the bedside, which was rather disgusting and shows that cleaning isn't taken very seriously. We mentioned this at check-out but the staff didn't even apologize or feel surprised when I showed her the picture.
