"Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available.

"I booked this stay for my mom, and unfortunately, her check-in experience was frustrating. When she arrived, the front desk told her there was no room available and asked if she had been in contact with the host — which she hadn’t, since I had made the booking. They do offer breakfast for a fee but you need to be dressed minimum casual you cannot just go wearing slippers, shorts or jammies.
Staff are friendly, hotel maintenance crew are awesome the fridge in my room is nit working and they are able to fix the issue right away I did not have to wait.
