Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down. The front desk experience was not good. It seems the gentleman at the front desk put my 85 year old mother on a different floor than us. When I ask if we could be on the same floor he told me “we would have had to book the rooms together “. Well I had 1 reservation # so… it that not being booked ...

Its very quiet and new hotel. Everything is nice but we didn’t have hot water in the morning. Breakfast was fine, but I wish for almond or oat milk for my latte.
