This place was really beautifully decorated and close to everything. The Sevice was good. However there was a rancid smell in our room that the people in reception did not take seriously. I guess they thought us to be smelly Americans. I think there was an issue with their sewage line or something. I hope they get it fixed.

hotel 4 stars a Saintes maries de la mer. Very friendly and attentif staff. Our superieur rom was large with a small seating area. The amenities were excellent with bathrobes, expresso machine and small fridge. The bathroom was small and poorly lite but confortable enough. The decoration of the room was country like. The location of the hotel was excellent with several nearby restaurants and close to the beach. I would have liked to have more light and a new carpet in the hallways. Would certainly return to this hotel again

Lovely little beach town getaway. Friendly staff, in a convenient location. Enjoyed walking the surrounding streets, trying the shops and restaurants and cafes. We tried the on-site restaurant but enjoyed other eateries around town more. Air conditioned rooms were a necessity - glad this amenity is available here. Rooms, especially the bath/shower parts, were small, even in the suites, probably just the way this town is, like many beach tourist communities. Biggest downside was a popular bar across the street and a few doors down that played loud dance/disco/club music continuously on most days of our trip, until at least midnight. Not possible to enjoy the lovely balcony and get in some sun unless you like boom-boom-boom music. Even in the rooms with the patio doors closed it was loud enough to keep us awake. Not sure if that's seasonal or what, so maybe ask about your stay dates if that sounds like an issue.

La chambre était spacieuse et bien agencée. Nous avons était très bien accueilli par le personnel qui pour le coup a était aux petits soins avec nous. Ils ont vraiment était disponible et à l’écoute. Le Spa et la piscine font vraiment la différence. Une vraie escale plaisir et bien être. Nous sommes repartis de la Vila de la Mar ravis et reposés. Nous reviendrons +1

4 Sterne mit Einschränkungen

Das Hotel ist im klassischen „Ferienstil“ gebaut, wie dies an Touristenorten in Südeuropa üblich ist. Klein aber fein. Der Zugang zu den Zimmern in der 1. Etage ist für Gehbehinderte ungeeignet, da ein Aufzug fehlt und die Wendeltreppe echt schmal ist. Das Frühstück ist für 4 Sterne an der unteren Grenze und im Verhältnis zu teuer. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Mauvaise communication Pas d’accès au spa puisque en plus de payer il faut réserver à l’avance Mal entendu sur la disponibilité du mini bar donc facture supplémentaire de 140€ pour des produits qui ne valent pas ce prix.. chambre deluxe et petit déjeuner convenable.. Mis à part la salle de bain qui n’était pas top clean mais arrangé rapidement après notre demande . Pour un week-end en amoureux ça aurait pu être mieux..

Correct, sans plus. Les prestations ne sont pas celles d'un 4 étoiles . Le rapport qualité/prix est correct, mais juste. La signalisation de l'hotel est quasiment invisible. Problème d'accessibilité pour les PMR. Couloirs très sombres , manquent de lumière. Petit déjeuner excellent.

Un problème de signalisation de l'hotel. On ne voit pas le nom dans la journée et invisible le soir. Il fait très vieillot et ne correspond pas du tout à un hotel 4 etoiles. Problème d'accessibilité pour les handicapés, pas du tout aux normes. La wifi ne marchait pas et donc pas de télévision pendant 2 jours ... Excellent pdj

Das Hotel lässt uns zwiegespalten zurück. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett, hilfsbereit usw. Die Räume und das Konzept mit Hotel und Spa wirken auf den ersten Blick stimmig, allerdings fehlt die dauerhafte Liebe zum Detail und die Instandhaltung: die Pflanzen müssten alle dringend verschnitten werden und kahle Äste entfernt werden; der Anblick ist trostlos. Die zum Zimmer gehörende Terrasse wurde schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt; in den Blumenkästen war genügend Müll… den haben wir selbst entfernt. Auch dort würden sich die Blumen über Pflege und mehr Erde freuen. Ansonsten abgeplatzte Lackierungen und verdreckte Luftreiniger im Bad, Spinnweben in den dunklen Gängen. Alles Kleinigkeiten, aber sie schmälern den Eindruck stark. Darüber hinaus haben uns die spielenden Kinder am Hotelpool sehr gestört. An diesem Pool ist einfach kein Platz für Sprünge ins Becken und wasserpistolen, wenn 1m daneben die Liegen stehen. Hier wurde seitens des Hotels auch nicht interveniert. Sehr schade. Da fehlt mir das Konzept: familienhotel oder Spa? Hinzukommen die XXL-Kinderwägen, die in den 1,5m breiten dunklen (schwarz!) Gängen standen oder 4 Fahrräder. Der Weg zum Frühstück glich mitunter einem Hindernislauf. Bitte wieder zurück zum Konzept „Hotel und Spa“, dann passt alles!

A éviter !! Choisi pour la piscine, nous n'avons pas pu en bénéficier puisque celle-ci ne dispose même pas d'une douche (nous avons été priés de libérer la chambre à 11h). L'absence de douche pose un réel problème d'hygiène. Aucune zone du SPA accessible sans payer un supplément alors que le tarif de la nuitée est élevé. La très jeune femme à l'accueil (job d'été ?) n'a cherché aucune solution. Prétendue eau minérale à disposition qui en fait est de l'eau du robinet mis dans une bouteille en verre. Tout est à l'économie dans cet hôtel prétendu 4*

4 étoiles ??

Séjour convenable, personnel très souriant, mais ne connaissant pas trop la région, incapable de nous indiquer des endroits à visiter… Hôtel très sombre, lumière un peu trop tamisée !!! Dans les chambres, le bémol c’est la lumière, et la salle de bain, qui est vraiment minuscule. Le lavabo qui était noir à l’origine est plein de taches de calcaire, et de plus fuit dans le meuble sous vasque. Il y avait aussi des fourmis…. Nous étions près du SPA et une odeur de javel nous a un peu incommodé .Pour un 4 étoiles !!! C’est pas top.

Établissent à recommander

Un accueil et un service très agréable, une chbre spacieuse et une salle de très très confortable. Le petit déjeuner n'est copieux frais et bio. Très bien situé au centre, avec à accès au parking gratuit devant l'hôtel.
