Nefasto

El hotel nada que ver con las fotos, está super deteriorado, el servicio del personal es nulo. Ni siquiera nos dejaron las camas hechas al llegar y hasta las 6 de la tarde no las tuvimos. No teníamos papel de water, no teníamos toallas y tuvimos que ir a pedirlas. En el balcón restos de comida... En fin, un desastre. Una gran mentira.

Very well located, near the cable car to Arinsal and close to La Massana cable car to Pal. Free buses are an amazing idea.

Early season ski trip

Early season ski holiday for a few days to get the legs ready for the big one in January, excellent hotel great breakfast close to the lifts and bars will defiantly stay again.

1-2 star Hotel

Should be rated as 1-2 star. Rooms are very small , toilets need to be flushed 3 times, windows are not double glazed and draughs blow under the bad fitted balcony doors. The so called spa is made up of a steam room that doesn't work with door hanging off , a sauna that doesn't really get hot with a door that needs replacing as it doesn't shut or fit. Sockets are hanging off the wall in dining room. Food was basic and luke warm. Plates and cups came out dirty from the dishwasher. Beds needed replacing. Staff were nice but facilities are not great. More like a Hostel

Disappointing stay

Hotels location is its saving grace; close to gondola for skiers Twin room very small, lacked storage space, shower water temperature either too hot or too cold - never constant, soft matress and guests predominantly noisy, minimally supervised children. Stayed for 5 nights never a hot meal and food catered for school ski groups.

Lo mejor, la ubicación, el desayuno, las Toallas Grandes , el personal agradable. La calefacción muy bien. Dejan entrar mascotas. Lo peor, el pago por la mascota, en otros hoteles no se paga y tienes balcón,, el mantenimiento del hotel fatal, los interruptores alguno no iba, el contorno de la bañera estaba negro las puertas y molduras, algunas hinchadas de la humedad, el ascensor paraba en tu planta, ""aveces""y muy pobre de Luz

Does what it says on the tin

Had a great time in Arinsal. Reception staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel is close to the gondola for skiing and bars and restaurants for apres ski. Room a little on the small side but manageable. Good value for money.

- personeel zeer onvriendelijk - kamer zonder zonlicht - stoffige kamer - beschimmelde badkamer - krakende bedden - doorgelegen matrassen - locatie dichtbij centrum, dat is dan wel prima Verder een complete ramp, dit mag zich geen hotel noemen!

Hotel mediocre lo mejor es su ubicación

Hotel algo anticuado, la comida del buffet bastante mediocre. La piscina muy descuidada, es obligatorio llevar gorro y los compramos en el hotel, sin embargo un grupo de turistas extranjeros campaban a sus anchas sin gorro y haciendo lo que querían, sin ninguna vigilancia.

SE PUEDE RESUMIR FÁCILMENTE NO VOLVEREMOS. Hotel situado a pie de teleférico de pistas

Ideal para esquiadores, sobretodo famílias. El hotel dispone de diversos entrenimientos para niños, pero decepcionante el mantenimiento de las instalaciones. La piscina y el Spa nos los hemos encontrado inservibles en las dos últimas ocasiones que hemos venido (por estas fechas, una vez al año), curiosamente siempre se estropea todo el día anterior a nuestra llegada u horas anteriores. La comida, bastante básica y no demasiado variada. Por lo demás, es un hotel acogedor y agradable para pasar con amigos o en família. Es un precio bueno o justo para los servicios y calidad ofrecidos, aún no pudiendo ser utilizada la piscina y spa
