"The hotel is well maintained and has great staff. Hotel staff went above and beyond to serve breakfast to us, the only two people in hotel, due to a holiday, and it was supposed to be empty.
The location was great on the bank of a roaring river, a great views."

"Staff was very friendly and concerned. Best breakfast I’ve had on this 2 month trip. Good location for the off season and would be a great location during the ski season!! Don’t hesitate- we’ll worth the stay!!"

"Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana."

The hotel & food was very nice in season.I stayed for 8 nights in Feb 2014 & 7 nights at end of March 2014. The hotel is right next to the chair lift but towards the end of season they turn it off which means you either have to wait for the bus down to the gondola or walk, which is ok going down the steep hill in the morning but after a long days ski its hard to get back up if the bus doesn't arrive

Lovely hotel, friendly staff felt safe. Great location short walk to the gondola. Free parking by the gondola if you bring your car no need to pay hotels parking price €15 a day outside of €20 inside.
Food selections great. Fresh crepes every morning.
Restaurant staff were lovely.
Spa was nice you get an hour for €14, €10 euro for children.
Would return, only slight negative was dinner doesn’t start until 7.30pm and you come off slopes at 5pm starving. So maybe we’ll go b&b next time. Great...

This review is not indicative of the original hotel I booked as upon arrival a note on the door stated that guests booked for that evening had to walk 500m down the road to another hotel! The good news is the new hotel was great, nice friendly lady on reception plus the view from our room was very pleasant.

Small, very nice, stylish, clean city hotel with super friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Can only reccomend for a few days stay in Andorra right by the central shopping area. The restaurant has a small, but good selction of food and wine and breakfast is also very nice. Would definitely come back!

We live in Spain and visit Andorra regularly, I’m so glad our usual hotel was full as we found a real gem here. We were made to feel most welcome, great breakfast and beautiful surroundings. Our dog was welcome too which makes all the difference. We are looking forward to returning!

A comfortable friendly hotel in Andorran alps.easy access once you have left the city bustle behind. Good trails nearby for hiking and two jacuzzis for relaxation. Nice restaurant with helpful staff. If I needed some where to stay either in summer or for skiing this place would be it
