This hotel has the potential to be absolutely amazing - the staff are friendly, it's got a great location and really beautiful rooms. However, there were a few things that let it down: - it came up as an option on Hotels.com for a hotel with parking - this isn't the case, there is only parking nearby at €15 per day, which was an added inconvenience and expense considering we specifically filtered for hotels with parking - we went for a Superior Double room to take advantage of a private terrace - while it's private in the sense of technically only we were meant to have access, in reality we had people walking down to it (we were at the end) and it's right next to next door's area so very little privacy. - the decking on the terrace was splintered and the table so wobbly it was almost unusable - the bathroom smelt vaguely like sewage - no amenities such as fridge, safe, hairdryer - shower screen didn't join up with bath at bottom so constant water on floor - noise travels a lot from other rooms - we were told hours for breakfast and they were also in room so we thought it was included - only to be presented with a bill at check-out for €5 per person per day. The only choice was a sandwich with a choice of filling and a drink, so this seemed expensive, especially when no-one had mentioned it was an additional cost!
Nice location. Short walk to the historical route. WiFi available in the common area but not in our room. Breakfast is simple and cost only 3euro per person. Parking is 2 min walk in the underground parking garage which costed 10 euro per day.
I loved the fact it is located right on the street where you need to start your walk throught the town. It is very quite and have a beautiful terrace to enjoy the evening and have a drink after a long day. Do not have a proper restaurant, but they do offer a spanish style breackfast: molletes with ham, cheese or jam, coffee or tea. It is a very simple hotel that accomplished our need for one night. The staff-owner was very friendly and helpful when asking for places and so on/
Difficult for people with reduced mobility. Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. No parking outside hotel. Car park available approx. 100 meters in next street at 10 Euros per day. Downside was it was uphill to get back to hotel. I'm sure it works well without walking sticks. Very comfortable accommodation once settled in.
