"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "We loved our room with the balcony area that provided a beautiful view of the mountains. Staff were very welcoming and spoke English which was very helpful! Beds were super cozy and the room had ample space for moving around and storing our luggage. We also loved that there was onsite parking."
