Great location! Staff is really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good. The entertainment area outside is great. It has different areas that accommodate all ages group. The pools are beautiful.

This hotel is one of the nicest in the areas but it still looks like it was slapped together by construction workers who didn't care about quality at all. The chlorine in the pool is so outrageous it makes my eyes burn just standing in the pool. The breakfast here is also seriously lacking, it seems like they make up the trays once every couple days and there's always something that tastes old, or stale, or off. They water down the juices way too much to the point where there is almost no flavor. I stayed in Sao Paulo for a week before I came here and the breakfasts there were phenomenal compared to the one here. They have two elevators in the lobby, which is not air conditioned, that make extremely loud dinging noises every time they get to a floor. I could hear the dinging loudest day in my room and it started to drive me crazy. When I asked to change rooms they said that all of them were full. Later that night my shower door shattered because it was not made of tempered glass, and then the magically had a room open for me at the end of the hall away from the elevators. If I stay in aracaju again I'll pay the extra $20 a night for a nicer hotel. If you're just looking for a place to crash with some grub in the morning that you can eat for breakfast then this is a good place. If you're looking to stay here as a part of a vacation with some luxury, look elsewhere.

Ótima localização por ser perto de restaurantes, dos pontos turísticos da orla, do aeroporto. O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, quarto amplo, banheiro espaçoso. Ótimo café da manhã. Boa academia, tem o suficiente para um treino básico. A equipe de colaboradores foi muito prestativa. Ressalvas: melhorar a limpeza do corredor do andar e informar no check in que, no momento da saída, é calculada uma taxa de serviços por dia de estadia, muito embora esse valor seja de pagamento facultativo. A informação prévia pode evitar constrangimentos.

Precisam melhorar o atendimento da recepção, reavaliar as camas dos apartamentos , uma das cama do nosso quarto ao sentar quebrou os pés da cama, após pedir várias vezes a recepção, vieram consertar, quando foi mais tarde quebrou novamente, fizemos reclamação pedindo que trocassem a cama, saímos para passear ao voltar , ninguém sabia na recepção se tinham resolvido o problema, ao chegar no quarto a cama estava arrumada.O medo de cair novamente foi grande, mas deixamos para lá. Ficamos até a saída sem saber o que fizeram.

O quarto estava bem arrumado, mas não foi uma boa acomodação, principalmente pela localização. Só tinha vista se olhássemos para o céu. Parecia um térreo, apesar de ser 1o.andar, porque dava dava para uma laje de alguma área de trás do Hotel. A descarga do banheiro do tipo Hydra ultra barulhenta, e a torneira da pia também barulhenta, não entendemos por quê... Mesmo assim voltaremos ao Delmar, porque os funcionários são muito atenciosos e gentis, e já ficamos em quartos muito melhores do que o desta estadia. Esperamos "melhor sorte na próxima vez"...

God frokost. Fint bassengområde, men dårlige solsenger og svært små håndklær. Rommet var fint, litt slitt. Godt renhold. Ved utsjekk får man et service gebyr på 100 real/natt som ikke er obligatorisk å betale, men som man forventes å betale. Dette burde man opplyses om på forhånd. Og gebyret bør fremkomme på hotels.com før man bestiller. Bodde også på et annet hotell i samme by uten dette gebyret, så dreier seg ikke om kommunale gebyrer eller turistskatt.
