"A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. "The room key is very hard to open and close. We had to make a loud noise when open or close it and the other rooms can hear it clearly. They are unsatisfied though we don't know how to open without noise. Don't expect wifi at room. You have it very near the router at the first floor. Shower area is quite small. But room is clean. Parking is free in front of the hotel"
