"Floor was not cleaned properly, bathroom door broken, no housekeeping every day, outside food not allowed, 1 towel allowed per room even 2 or 3 person, when booked mentioned free complementary breakfast but denied to serve complementary breakfast, bedsheet not replaced with new one, seems darty used one with lot of dust and dart, can't sleep whole night because of noice coming for road rooms are not sound proof. Not suggested try something else other than this"

"Staff was courteous. Room was clean, though the bathroom could have used some deeper cleaner to rid it of the odor of urine. Bed was comfortable. Food I ordered from the in room dining room was very good and came in large portions. This hotel was good for my needs-a place to rest for a few hours prior to taking off that is close to the airport. "

As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. "
