"The staff were cold, rude, and ignored my hellos or good mornings. The food was not very good anywhere except the steakhouse and carribbean restaurant. The app doesn’t work for booking reservations and because of that we couldn’t eat at a restaurant the first two nights. The atm was broken, they had no vegan burgers, all the allergens are mislabeled there which could be a nightmare. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and my disabled guest was accommodated well. The venue has live entertainment on Thursdays which was well attended. It would have been perfect if there was a pool. Towels could have been cleaner as they had stains on them and looked yellowed."

"We spent 2 nights at the Ocean Inn. The room was fairly small but had everything we needed incl a fridge. Huge, comfy bed, and very clean throughout. Good water pressure in the shower, beautiful grounds. Robert and his staff were super helpful and kind. We would def come back."

"The Buccaneer Beach Club was perfect stay. The staff friendly especially Candace at Front Desk. The grounds well kept. My room was immaculate. I would definitely stay there again. If there is a downside, which there is not. The Buccaneer does not host an eatery, but why would it. You have a kitchen to cook your own food. Microwave, hot stove, etc. Next door is the Salt Plage which has good food. Great staff too!"

"The beach access and view we're wonderful! The staff was helpful when we requested items. The room was clean, but the air upstairs only hit certain spots of the room. I would only suggest that the number of towels and wash cloths given match the number of guests staying in the room. We kept having to get washcloths because there were only 2 in the room with 4 guests."
